By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a positive salon experience for all clients. By booking an appointment with us, clients agree to adhere to these policies. Thank you for choosing our salon for your hair care needs.

 

Appointments

Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellations

Clients are required to provide at least 72 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a 50% missed appointment fee being applied.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late for their appointment may experience a shortened service to avoid inconveniencing other scheduled clients.

Children

For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly request that children be supervised at all times during salon visits.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

Service Satisfaction

If a client is dissatisfied with a service, they are encouraged to inform the salon staff before leaving the premises so that any issues can be addressed promptly.

Health and Safety

The salon maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff.

Product Use

The salon uses professional-grade hair care products during services. Clients with specific product preferences or sensitivities are encouraged to inform their stylist beforehand.

Skin Test

A skin test is required for all clients who have not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months. New clients are mandated to have a patch test prior to their first colour service to check for any potential allergic reactions.

Privacy

Client information, including personal details and service history, is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Seven Dials Hair and its licensors.

 

Feedback

The salon values client feedback and welcomes suggestions for improvement. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback through our customer satisfaction surveys or directly to salon management.
